Biography

Captain Miller rode the courier Winchester Devastatio. He was sent to give a commission to the militia leader who drove the French out of Wembley (who turned out to be Temeraire) and came upon Hollin and William Laurence still looking for the missing breeding grounds dragons, when they should have been back four days previous.

Miller and Devastatio were attacked and wounded by a French Petit Chevalier and had to be rescued by Requiescat. Miller was scandalized to learn that unharnessed dragons were fighting in the war.
