Biography
Jenkins was a servant at Loch Laggan covert when Capt. William Laurence was stationed there for training shortly after Temeraire's hatching.
Ezekiah Martin told Capt. Laurence that Jenkins was usually not willing to oblige the various requests the officers would make of him.
