Danzig

The city of Danzig (in Polish, Gdańsk) is located on the southern coast of Gdańsk Bay, part of the Baltic Sea, and is one of Poland's main seaports. In 1806 the city was one of many placed under siege by French forces following the defeat of the Prussian and Russian armies.
