Biography
Baylesworth travelled to China with Temeraire in 1806, but when Laurence was forced to select a limited number of crew to make the journey to Peking, Baylesworth was left behind as second to Lt. Ferris.
He was killed in an avalanche during the crossing between China and Turkey.
